No, really. Is there a difference? I've seen no evidence of deserts or canyons so far. Nothing I can drive my uncle's Corvette into except more cornfields and I really don't think that would establish my recklessness.

I would advise checking back in half a century or so. There's no telling what kind of crazy landscape changes there will be.
The only real difference I remember is that Iowa seemed to have a few more hills than Illinois.
