Think about this: Opening day for Major League Baseball was yesterday. It is a long season, 162 games in 180 days. Then with the Division Series, the League Championship Series, and the World Series, also known as the fall classic, another month passes. After seven months have passed and the 2008 season is over, a new World Series champion will be crowned.
And the presidential election will still not be over.

And yet, the "axis of evil" is still in the White House. We are still at "war" with "al-qaeda" and our young people are dying for profit. I can't wait for someone else to take over for our "President" and use some common sense for a change. Still can't believe that after 5 years and 4000 soldiers dead, we are still "winning" the "war". I'm also still waiting for someone to define "winning". Maybe when they define it, they can look in the eyes of a mother whose son or daughter died in Iraq and explain how she "won".
